Waves crashing on seashore

About me

Hi! I’m Eilish, born and raised in the beautiful south west of Ireland in County Kerry.

After moving home from Spain in 2023, I decided to go freelance in January, 2024. I love the freedom to choose the type of tasks and the kind of clients I work with, all while working remotely.

With over a decade of administrative experience, I wanted to put my knowledge to good use by offering assistance services to SME’s, entrepreneurs and start-ups who are looking to expand their internal capabilities but might not have the cash flow or wiggle room for a full head count.

Having originally trained as a Legal Secretary in 2011, I’ve worked in a variety of companies, industries and retained heaps of knowledge from every assignment.

I’ve worked in small professional law firms in small places like Tralee and Listowel in Ireland, to the city of London. I’ve enjoyed learning about the financial industry from the inside out, while working for some of the world’s biggest institutions like JP Morgan and later, Fidelity Investments. I’ve learned about the electronics and manufacturing goods industry while I held a role with consumer electronics giant Casio Electronics as a Sales Administrator being the middle woman between our retail accounts and our salesmen. All of these roles have contributed to a great understanding of efficient business practices and what makes the collaboration between an administrator and a company a successful one. Most recently, my work has taken me to the very interesting Web3 space and even health tech.

Due to the nature of my background, I can manage large and small tasks, dealing with both clients, customers and all stakeholders in between. One of my main passions professionally is working with companies to review their processes, enhancing and creating automations, thereby reducing the chance of human error and increasing efficiency. I enjoy using tools that can improve the processes and working closely with teams to ensure that we’re working to make their role less difficult and more streamlined.

I’ve spent a long time thinking about the best way to describe what Primera is and that’s ‘first class business support that brings calm to chaos’. I want it to embody professionalism and elite care for clients while providing sensible, intelligent and cost effective solutions. Whatever your needs - I hope Primera can be your ‘go to’ for all things business support.
